Cheryl Cole made her debut appearance on The X Factor USA on Wednesday in the US. They fully introduced her at the beginning and she made quite a few appearances in the first half of the show, but by the second half she disappeared with Nicola taking her place.

Kimberley Walsh appeared on 8 out of 10 Cats on Friday night. They didnt really show much of her, although she talked about camping with Alesha Dixon and Cheryl at the end (when she climbed Mt Kilimanjaro)

Kimberley Walsh refuses to attend fitness classes as she “hates” anyone seeing her working out.
Despite being feted as one of the sexiest women in pop music, the star reveals she has reservations over exercising in public. However, Kimberley now has some stylish gym attire, so she feels more confident.
“I don’t do classes as I hate anyone seeing me. But now I’ve stocked up on more fashionable stuff to wear, I look a bit more stylish when I work out,” she told Closer magazine.
Kimberley says her urge to exercise has been prompted by the self-imposed break Girls Aloud have taken to concentrate on solo pursuits. The star found mastering all the group’s tricky dance routines used to really help her maintain her slender frame, and last year she decided to do more exercise to compensate for the band’s inactivity.
“Not dancing as much with Girls Aloud last year, I noticed my body lose its firmness over the summer, so in September I upped my training regime. That way I knew I could keep eating what I liked,” she concluded.

Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh was blown away when she watched her band mate and friend Cheryl Cole singing on last weekend’s X Factor.
All of Girls Aloud (except Nadine Coyle, who says she wasn’t invited) went to the show to offer their support for the judge, and Walsh was impressed by the performance.
Writing in her OK! column this week, Kimberley said: “Sarah, Nicola and I went to see The X Factor to see Cheryl perform her new single, Promise This – she was amazing!
“I always get nervous for any of the girls if they’re doing solo stuff as we’re used to being there for each other – but I needn’t have worried as she was fantastic.
“Afterwards, we all crammed into Cheryl’s dressing room and had a few glasses of wine. Cheryl’s at The X Factor so much at this time of year that it’s the perfect place to catch up without any paparazzi about.”
