Cheryl and Nicola enjoy the VIP treatment at Rihanna’s last show
Cheryl and Nicola were at Rihanna’s last concert at the o2 in London last night, and enjoyed the VIP treatment in their own VIP box.
Cheryl tweeted: “Just left @rihanna last #Loud concert. Amazing!! To put on 98 of the same shows like that and give your all takes something special. Congratulations on completing your tour @rihanna Have an amazing Christmas, well deserved break and another amazing year! #illdrinktothat X”
Rihanna responded to Cheryl’s tweets by RT’ing and posting “@CherylCole u are a sweetheart! Really!!! Thank you”
Nicola also tweeted “The last night of a tour is always special… @rihanna rocked it tonight!!! #RudeGirl”
On Wednesday, Nicola has a full day of promotion, for the launch of Nokia Lumia 800. She started the day off by tweeting from @CPWTweets, sharing her day with fans and taking photos of what she got up to.
She met competition winners, went shopping with 1 lucky winner, did press interviews, ate lunch and then performed for a few lucky competition winners and press at the Oxford Street branch of Carphone Warehouse.
Nicola sang 4 songs on the evening: Lucky Day, i, Everybody Gotta Learn and Yo Yo. She then insisted on meeting every competition winner personally!

Cheryl parties at HTC Beats Event, and gets a hangover!
We didnt get any drunken late-night rants on Twitter but we did get some hungover tweets this morning!
Cheryl had partied at the launch of the HTC Sensation XL handset and HTC’s recent partnership with Beats, with plenty other VIP’s (including Lady Gaga) last night.
Twitpics showed Cheryl having a great time with Will.i.am and plenty of Champagne.
This morning, she felt the force of the bubbles as she tweeted:
Why why why why why why why why why . I just walked past the mirror and caught a glimpse of someone. I have no idea who she is . That’s it. Me and alcohol are not friends.
Nicola Roberts tweeted her to remind her she is due at her birthday party celebrations this weekend, writing: “Girlfriend you better backtrack. Me you and Martini have a date on Saturday night! BIRTHDAY PARRRRRTTTTYYYYY TIME!”
Cheryl responded: “Don’t worry chick I have 2 days r&r and “I’ll be back” *arnie voice* ..!! I’m a soldier did you not know. ”
Nicola Roberts is eager to meet with education officials in the U.K. to discuss bullying in schools in a bid to help fans who have tweeted her about their teen tormentors.
The Girls Aloud singer was taunted in the early days of her career for her pale skin and ginger hair, and has opened up about her ordeal in new song Sticks And Stones.
The 25 year old feels Twitter.com has helped highlight bullying issues in society – and now she wants to see more done to help victims.
Speaking on Bbc programme This Week, she says, “It’s so out of control. Society is very quick to judge these days. One of the good things about Twitter, is it sort of highlights the severity of the problem. Constantly, I’ve found with tweets, talking about people’s personal situations, whether it’s at school, being scared to go to school, people being scared to go to work even, people in the workplace.
“It really angers me and I don’t like to think there are people out there that really feel not great about themselves. I don’t think anybody is in a position to make somebody else feel that way about themselves, it really annoys me.
“It’s about ego and position. I would really just say (to victims) you have to turn it around and you can’t admire the people who are able to say nasty things so frivolously. It’s not admirable. Effectively you are the nicer person and you should hold on to that.”
And Roberts is keen to discuss bullying in school with education chiefs in her native Britain.
She adds, “In schools now it’s so out of control, I’d really like to speak to somebody. There needs to be more of a support system. I get tweets every day: ‘I’m terrified to go to school’. You’re helpless, it’s really hard.”
