Cheryl Cole films music video for Call My Name
Cheryl Cole was seen in LA filming her new music video for her upcoming single ‘Call My Name‘.
Cheryl showed off her legs in the daring leopard-skin briefs, while flashing her toned stomach with a jungle-themed bra and jacket. She completed the colourful look with a pair of bright pink and orange heels and neon green earrings
The video for the single is being directed by Rich Lee.
After filming Cheryl tweeted:
@CherylCole Its a WRAP!! How d’ya think I feel when you Call My Name ??.. #saymynamebaby
According to Perez Hilton, Cheryl Cole’s new single will be called Call My Name and will premiere on BBC Radio 1 on April 20th.
Call My Name will serve as the debut single from Cheryl’s upcoming third studio album and is being described as a dance track. The single has been written and produced by Alex da Kid, who has previously produced Love The Way You Lie for Eminem and Rihanna, along with B.o.B’s Airplanes.
According to earlier reports, Cole is planning to premiere her new single on The Voice UK.
The troubles of Londonderry singer Nadine Coyle seem set to continue in 2012 as her US dream business venture faces the threat of closure.
Singer Nadine Coyle bought the beach bar for her parents
The former Girls Aloud star, who saw her solo album flop last year, faces the new year amid threats that her Californian beachfront bar could be seized for non-payment of taxes.
The nightspot, Nadine’s Irish Mist, based at Sunset Beach, Orange County, owes close to $100,000 to the US taxman after it emerged no taxes have been paid during its existence.
The struggling Derry singer purchased the bar in 2008, granting a long-held wish of her parents, former Bogside residents Niall and Lillian Coyle.
And when it opened in time for St Patrick’s day in 2009 it received rave reviews.
In 2010 one local television station described the venue, run by Niall and which hosts traditional and contemporary music nights, as the best Irish restaurant in the LA area.
However, public records in Orange County have revealed that since its purchase no property tax has been paid.
For the year 2011/2012 the tax owed is over $18,000, with the first instalment due last month.
The second payment is due next month.
The records show a further amount of more than $70,000 is owed, including some $19,000 in fines.
Under local laws, a property is subject to sale for non-payment of taxes after five years.
Niall Coyle, the sole agent for Nadine’s Irish Mist’s parent company Charnarae, faces further troubles after its business licence was suspended for failing to supply a statement of information including documents detailing company address, directors and the nature of the business.
With its licence suspended now, though, it cannot legally operate and technically is required to close its doors, preventing it from collecting any payments due from third parties or engaging in business transactions.
The Coyles’ ailing business affairs appear to have affected their luxury lifestyle too. They have moved from the $7000-a-month rental property they acquired when they arrived in the US to a much more modest rented four-bedroom house.
We know how you all love being kept updated on Cheryl’s every move, so here is the latest information we have the pop princess.
It would seem, according to The Sun, that Cheryl isn’t only partying with Girls Aloud pal Kimberly Walsh while stateside, she is also laying down some tracks for her next album.
She’s been using the studio’s underneath the Sunset Marquis Hotel where fellow female stars Cyndi Lauper, Chaka Khan, Sheryl Crow and Madonna have recorded some of their most famous tracks.
A source told the paper; “Cheryl has loved working at the studios. Some of the female singers that have worked there before are her all-time heroes. It’s been the perfect place for Cheryl to plunge head-first back into work again.”
Cheryl Cole Takes L.A. Holiday With Kimberley Walsh
Cheryl Cole is taking “time out” in Los Angeles with Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh.
The ‘Promise This’ singer – who has stepped out of the limelight ever since she was sensationally axed from the US ‘X Factor’ in May – arrived at the city’s LAX airport late last night (07.07.11) clutching Kimberley’s hand.
While it had been speculated the pair were in the US on business, a spokesperson for the 28-year-old star suggested their trip will be of a relaxing nature.
Cheryl’s representative told MailOnline: “Cheryl is taking some time out as she said on her website last month.”
Following her firing from Simon Cowell’s TV talent show, the brunette beauty vowed to take time off to “chill” with her loved ones.
She said: “I have had the weirdest past few weeks (nothing unusual there though.) I wouldn’t even know how to begin to tell you all about it.
“I have had the time that I have not had in so long to just chill with my loved ones and do the normal things that I like to do. See my friends and family and be with my doggys. It feels long overdue and sooooo good, even my feet are happy to not have to wear a pair of high heels hehe.”
Cheryl Cole talks to Yahoo at the first X Factor USA live taping
America got its first taste of Cheryl Cole’s British invasion on Sunday, May 8, when the gorgeous “X Factor U.K.” judge taped her first episode of the U.S. version of Simon Cowell’s show at the Galen Center in Los Angeles. As Simon semi-jokingly told L.A. reporters, “Having Cheryl on the show shows that actually, British people can be nice,” Cheryl herself explained her kinder, gentler judging style, saying, “The trick with Simon is to be as honest as he likes to be, but I try to do it in a polite way.”
Exhibiting her universal charm to American reporters, many of whom still hardly knew she was (although that will surely soon change), reality show veteran Cheryl seemed extremely relaxed, and said she wasn’t worried about Stateside audiences embracing her. “Not really, but only because it’s this [judging] side of me–if it was my music, then yes, absolutely [I'd be worried],” she said. “But I feel like the contestants are the ones with the nerves, and it’s about me helping someone else with their dream.”
Cheryl also didn’t seem worried about American viewers being able to comprehend her regional Northern English accent, pooh-poohing rumors that she’s working with a dialect coach. “I would never, ever change how I speak, and I think Americans understand that, and I quite like that fact,” she said in her heavy, but not at all indecipherable, Newcastle brogue.
Still, Cheryl acknowledged that she’s taking a huge career risk by moving across the pond. “It’s a big step for me. I have a lot at stake myself. I’ve left the U.K. ‘X Factor’ and I am in a foreign country, so it’s strange for me. It’s a big deal….I miss the U.K. already, but I’m such a homebody that this is really good for me to step outside of my comfort zone and push myself.”

Sarah Harding Reveals Plans To Join Cheryl Cole In LA
Sarah Harding is back on the showbiz circuit and on a mission to show it’s not just Cheryl Cole who has exciting news after Girls Aloud.
Sarah, who has the nickname Hardcore Harding because of her never-ending energy, hung out with the cast of MTV reality show Jersey Shore at Mahiki nightclub, where she definitely made an entrance in a figure hugging outfit.
She’d been off the party circuit for a while after getting engaged to long-term boyfriend DJ Tom Crane and it seems that after a break she is ready to party more than ever.
As the party chick engaged in some fist-pumping dancing – a trademark of the Jersey Shore TV series – she exclusively revealed to Very that its not just Cheryl Cole who’s moving to LA.
While everyone’s talking about Chezza’s move to the States to be on the judging panel of US X Factor, Sarah said she planned to take Hollywood by storm.
“I’ve had some auditions in LA for films and it’s definitely I want to make more of this year,” Sarah confessed. “Once the wedding is out the way, I want to fulfil my career ambitions and that means acting. I want to be a household name around the world, I don’t want to be known as one fifth of Girls Aloud forever.
“And after that, babies probably.”
Talk about setting herself high standards but if anyone has the energy to put into achieving her dreams it is Sarah.
SHE’S had the year from hell, so if any girl’s aloud a laugh it’s Cheryl Cole – and one man is determined to make sure she has a good time.
Her rapper pal Will.i.am is throwing a glitzy party in Los Angeles in Cheryl’s honour.
The Black Eyed Peas frontman wants to make sure 27-year-old Cheryl celebrates her successes this year – despite it also being her toughest 12 months yet.
The Geordie lass has been through a heart-breaking divorce from Chelsea player Ashley Cole, survived a bout of malaria and is exhausted after taking part in the most controversial X Factor so far.
But her second solo album, Messy Little Raindrops, has topped the charts, as has her most recent single, Promise This. So she deserves to pop a few champagne corks at the star-studded shindig hosted by her number one fan, Will.i.am.
He also wants to make sure Chezza meets the big players of the US music industry before she launches her singing career Stateside in 2011. My insider tells me: “Cheryl just wants to celebrate after the tough year she’s had. And this bash will be mad, crazy, with music pumping and 200 semi-naked dancers to entertain her and make her forget all her worries of 2010.
Here is the full show of the 4Music special with Nadine Coyle, filmed on the beach in LA. Music videos have been cut out to show just the Nadine only parts.
