As we told you yesterday, Kimberley appeared on Loose Women. She talked how hard theatre work is, but enjoys being back to her roots.

She also said the Girls Aloud reunion later in the year, will NOT be a one-off!

On Friday 13th (!) Nicola appeared on a childrens show on CBBC called ‘Friday Download.

She performed her single ‘Yo-Yo’ and took part in a little discussion called ‘Hot or Not’

Nicola kick-started her promo off for her 3rd single Yo-Yo with an interview with Lorraine Kelly.

Nicola talked about her solo album, Girls Aloud’s tenth year, Sarah Harding’s health and of course her single.

The blonde singer – known for her partying ways – said she cried “hysterically” as she headed to a clinic in the US.

Harding said her drinking went out of control as her relationship with ex-fiance Tom Crane disintegrated and she tried to “numb” the pain.

She told Hello! magazine: “The day I left for rehab, I was in such a mess. I’ve been told by those close to me that was when I hit my worst.

“I was crying hysterically. I felt ashamed, embarrassed, terrified – my emotions were all over the place.”

Harding said she was ricocheting between emotional extremes as her wild living spiralled as a way to cope with being down.

The chart star – who scored hits such as Love Machine and Biology – with the girl group sought help for depression and alcohol abuse in October when her relationship with DJ Crane fell apart.

She said: “Our lives had started to go in different directions without us even realising and we’d become like passing ships.

“He had his career, I had mine, and somehow they didn’t seem to marry up. As far as our future plans were concerned, I didn’t see how it would work.

“I was so down but I just tried to keep busy and, to numb myself, I was drinking more. It was my way of escaping.”

And, she admits, the situation soon spiralled.

Harding said her “emotions were all over the place” adding: “One minute I was deliriously happy, to the point of hysteria, and totally in denial about my problems saying, ‘I’m fine, I’m fine.’ The next it hit me and when it did, it hit me hard. It’s all about acceptance.”

It was a dinner with bandmates Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts which made her realise she had a problem. A night earlier she had appeared on the catwalk at a fashion show, then went out to celebrate.

“I went too far, drank way too much,” she told Hello!.

But rather than toning it down the next day, her friends were shocked to see she merely picked up and carried on.

Harding said: “The following night, I saw Nicola and Kimberley for dinner. I wasn’t in a good state at all – I was very hungover. But the first thing I wanted to do was open a bottle of wine. I know they were really worried about me.”

The singer – who checked out of the clinic last month – feels she has now turned it around.

“I’ve turned 30 now and, although there will always be a bit of the rock chick in me, I’m trying to embrace my softer and more feminine side.

“And I am trying really hard to be healthy. I have met up with friends in London since I got back and I’ve realised I can socialise without booze,” added Harding.

Cheryl talks about her shoe collection with StylistPick, and why she chose names for each shoe. She talks fashion, and how she admires Lady Gaga and talks about her cameo role in the film What to Expect When You’re Expecting.

Cheryl Cole has revealed that she is happier than ever after being out of the spotlight for four months and gaining seven pounds.

Looking more amazing than ever in this new shoot, Cheryl said that she had gone up a dress size and couldn’t be happier about it. Speaking to Grazia magazine, Cheryl said: “This is a happy time – onwards and upwards.”

It may have something to do with her massive shoe collection. Cheryl confessed: “I’ve always, always loved shoes but over the past few years I’ve definitely developed a proper fetish.

“I own about two thousand pairs of shoes – and that’s after giving quite a few away. I’m a bit weird with them. There are shoes I don’t wear anymore but I just can’t part with them.

“If I can’t wear them again I also can’t get rid of them because they are so linked to that emotion. I’m probably a bit bonkers like that.

“I hoard them all over the house, in cupboards in the kitchen, in the bathroom, every room. There is a big chance when you open the fridge in my house there will be a pair of shoes at the bottom.

“My absolute favourites are a lace pair of Louboutins. I wore them the first ever time I went to Cannes, two years ago. For me, all shoes have memories – wearing them on a certain occasion like that means the shoe gets that memory.”

She may be giving Imelda Marcos and SJP a run for their, er, heel habits but Cheryl refuses to obsess about everything, namely her weight.

The star admits: “When I’m really thin is normally when I am working nonstop. I don’t put any emphasis on thinking, “Oh, I’m thin at the moment. Right now I’ve got my curves back because I’ve had time off, I’m at home cooking, I’m more relaxed.

“I’m not defined by being seven pounds heavier than I was two months ago – I think it is really unhealthy to go there.

“I’ve got my boobs and bum back and, yeah, I like it. I think it’s sexy.”

When she’s not watching the Royal Wedding with Girls Aloud bandmate and BF Kimberely Walsh (“I made scones, she made banana bread and cried all the way through,” recalls Kimberley) she’s putting her heel expertise to good use.

Cheryl launches her debut shoe collection for Stylistpick.com this week, with the new drops landing first in March and then throughout next year.

“I absolutely love it,” she says. “The whole idea was like a breath of fresh air, something totally different but still creative. I love learning, I love creating. There was nothing scary about it. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

“My absolute aim is killer shoes that don’t kill your feet. I can walk in heels of any height and I can dance in them because I’ve just been doing this for so long,’ she says. ‘As a kid I was a ballet dancer and I always had really sore toes.

“I had to have them broken and re-straightened, which sorted them out, but because I’m quite small, to me, getting dressed is all about the heels.

“I have another pair of Louboutins that are so cripplingly painful but I’m trying to ease myself into them gently, wearing them for a few minutes every now and again.”

Her ‘international style icon’ status suffered a setback when Cheryl’s career hit the skids earlier this year (Cheryl was publically sacked from her X Factor US gig by Simon Cowell) with her ‘Porange’ auditions outfit slated on both sides of the pond.

But Cheryl remains positive: “Women look best when they’re happy.

“All of us girls can get so confused. I think women look best when they are happy. The greatest, sexiest thing is just being comfortable with you.”

Kimberley Walsh is best known for being one-fifth of the UK’s most successful girl band. Since being plucked from obscurity on one of Simon Cowell’s early talent shows, Popstars :The Rivals, she has travelled the world with Cheryl, Sarah, Nicola and Nadine performing to huge audiences in exotic locations. With the girls taking a break to pursue personal dreams, Kimberly has found her way back to the West End and Shrek the Musical – playing the role of Princess, naturally. Aspire caught up with her in the ogre’s lair to find out where the pop princess spends her downtime.

How did you feel the first time you walked onto the stage?
Scared, excited, happy and nervous. I knew the girls and my family were all in the audience cheering me on, so that helped settle the butterflies!

How does it compare to performing at venues such as Wembley and the O2?
It’s always so strange performing without the girls, although because this is a theatre show and so different to anything I did in Girls Aloud, it feels okay. It’s a more intimate experience, and I love to hear the audience’s interaction, you don’t necessarily get that at the O2.

Are you a musical theatre fan? If so which are your favourites?
I’ve always loved the theatre. I played the role of Eponine in Les Misérables for TV show Passions of Girls Aloud; the role of Young Cosette in Les Misérables when I was 12, and I appeared in the touring production of Evita aged 14.

What would help travel agents persuade clients that the West End, and Shrek, is a must-do experience?
It is a great thing to do with the whole family. There’s something in the show to keep everyone entertained. Shrek combines the long-standing West End theatre tradition while incorporating a modern moral message. Also going to the theatre is quintessentially English!

Where is your favourite holiday destination and why?
I love so many places for different reasons, Los Angeles for the glamour, Venice for a city break, Thailand for a beach holiday.

Where is your least favourite holiday destination and why?
Anywhere where the sun doesn’t shine. I’m not sure skiing appeals to me. I know people have an amazing time, but I fear I’d rival Bridget Jones on the ski slopes.

Have you had any travel nightmares?
I nearly missed a flight to Mexico once. My boyfriend Justin had gone walkabout and he lost track of time. I literally had to beg them to wait and let us on the flight!

How do you decide where to go on holiday?
I think about what I need from my holiday and where I have never been, then Justin and I will decide together. I like to try new places. I’m a sun worshipper though and Justin finds it so boring so we have to compromise.

How do you research your holidays and how do you book them?
We have a great travel agent who helps suggest hotels and always finds us amazing rates. Word of mouth is always good too.

You have travelled the world with Girls Aloud, did you get much time to explore?
No, we used to go to some amazing places such as China, Australia, LA – but spent the whole time on TV, performing or in a studio.

Where did you last go and who did you go with?
I last went on a family holiday to Portugal. It was my nephew Billy’s first holiday so it was so lovely for us all to spend it with him.

Are there any travel dreams you are yet to fulfil?
I’d like to go back to Australia and Thailand – I’d love to go for six weeks and do the traveller’s thing visiting all the tourist spots, in hotels though – not sure I could handle hostels! Also South America is definitely on my list.

Do your holiday choices alter depending on who you are going with?
Of course. If I go with the girls it’s either somewhere like New York for shopping or a beach for sunbathing, whereas Justin and I will go somewhere where there’s a bit more to do.

You took on Kilimanjaro for charity – was it fun and do you enjoy that kind of adventure?
I’m not sure I could do that again. It was very tough. Perhaps for another good cause, but not for my own enjoyment.

Which of your Girls Aloud band mates is most likely to join you on a trip away?
Cheryl – we’ve been on a few holidays together. We were in LA a few weeks ago and it was fab and we had a great time. New York’s the next girly trip we need to plan I think.

Doctors ordered Cheryl Cole to stop exercising and put on weight after the health scare that almost killed her.

And the svelte star – who was given just 24 hours to live at one point after contracting malaria last year – had no choice but to obey them to beat the illness.

‘I just ate everything,’ she said.

Miss Cole, 28, revealed how being ill had changed her priorities. ‘It opened my eyes to health and things I hadn’t focused on before,’ she said.

‘It’s now less about work, work, work and more about making time to chill and be with my friends and family.’

Miss Cole, who caught malaria while on holiday in Tanzania with American dancer Derek Hough in June 2010, is currently single after a reconciliation with her former husband, footballer Ashley Cole, 30, petered out.

After her recovery from the disease, she went to America as one of the judges on The X Factor U.S.A.

At the press launch, she showed off her fuller figure, but was then fired after just four days of filming on the show.

Since then, she has returned to her trimmer self and has kept a relatively low profile, splitting her time between the U.S. and UK working on her music.

She also had a cameo role in the film What To Expect When You’re Expecting with Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lopez.

Speaking in the new issue of InStyle magazine, which goes on sale on Thursday, the Girls Aloud singer also revealed she had once enjoyed a drink with Amy Winehouse, who died in July.

But she admitted: ‘I’m awful at drinking. Don’t get us [sic] wrong, though – I like a drink if it’s a night out.’

Miss Cole also told of her fascination with tattoos, saying that ‘to me, it’s art’.

She has at least seven tattoos.

When talking about her move across the pond, the star says it’s “just for a change. I usually come two or three times a year, but this time it sucked me in right away!

“I first starting coming here when I was 19 and I was still in the band. I thought this place is amazing, so different and it has a lot of things I like.”

Despite her recent break-up with fiance and American Football player Jason Bell, the star says they are still close and explains to us why it ended.

Nadine says: “I’m not in a place right now where i feel like I can walk down the aisle. I still feel I want a bit more me-time before i can fully commit to getting married. I’m not a million years from it, but just not this year.”

The star also opens up about reuniting with Girls Aloud, explaining: “No set details, but it’s been almost ten years for Girls Aloud and our fans have been so supportive and wonderful.

“We will definitely be doing something for them.”
