Earlier today, a Daily Mirror source claimed Labrinth had said “I was supposed to write for Nadine but I turned it down, it wasn’t for me. She’s a great girl but I’d prefer Cheryl and Girls Aloud as a whole, to work with all of them. They’re hot together with that sound.”

Labrinth took to his twitter tonight to explain he didnt mean his quote in a bad way:
