Semi final results from The X Factor 2010. Cher Lloyd found herself in the bottom 2 once again, with Mary Byrne. After a sing off, the judges chose who they would want in the finals. After Louis saved his act Mary, Dannii and Simon chose for Cher to go through to the finals leaving Mary going home.
The results once again lead to newspaper headlines calling it a fix as normally in the semi-finals its left up to the public vote, not a sing off.

Josie has won Big Brother 11, walked away with £100,000, won a place in the nation’s heart AND bagged the hottest Aussie alive John James.
But surely the icing on the cake must be the news that OK! columnist Kimberley Walsh says she could join Girls Aloud.
Yes our girl Kimberley revealed in her latest column that would fit right in with the rest of the girls in the band.
She said: “Josie proved herself a proper girl’s girl and I was proud of her.
“She would have fitted right in with us in Girls Aloud because we’re all like that too.”
We broke the good news to Josie in our world exclusive interview with the reality TV star and she got pretty excited.
She said: “No way! I love Girls Aloud. Is that true? Oh my God, that’s amazing! Are you taking the mickey? That is so surreal. I think I might kill it for them if I joined ‘em.”
Sarah Harding’s bar Kanaloa is in the running for a top award, despite being open for only six months.
The Girls Aloud singer, who opened the Polynesian-themed London hotspot last November with DJ boyfriend Tom Crane and co-owners Nick House and Piers Adam, is up for Best Bar against Leslie Ash and husband Lee Chapman’s bar Juju, Mahiki, McQueen and Aquum in the London Club And Bar Awards.
“Sarah Harding and Kanaloa combined are a force to be reckoned with, regardless of the fact they are so new to the scene – however, they are up against some of the best in the business with institutions and landmarks such as Mahiki, Harvey Nichols and Juju in the Best Bar category,” said spokesperson Charlie Mason-Parson.
Kanaloa has become one of the most popular bars in the capital, with celebrities such as Zac Efron, Sugababes and JLS hanging out there.
The winners of the awards will be announced on June 7 in London.
