Nadine appeared on Good Morning Britain on Thursday morning to promote Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games.
She talked about her role in the show, her baby daughter (the presenters either seem to forget Anaiya is her name or don’t know how to pronounce it!) Nadine also ‘fangirls’ when she sees a clip showing of one of Girls Aloud’s performances in the studio years ago.
Nadine Coyle, who is currently appearing in “Lord of the Dance” at the London Palladium, says: “‘I’m delighted to be supporting the 24th annual Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning on Friday, September 26. I love nothing more than getting together with friends for coffee and cake, so it really is the perfect way to raise money for such a brilliant cause. My uncle was looked after by the team at Macmillan, when he was ill with cancer, and my family will be forever indebted to the amazing service they provided during that difficult time.”
Macmillan Cancer Support is hoping Friday, September 26 will see 5 million cups of coffee drunk and 10 million slices of cake eaten with the aim of raising over £20million for people affected by cancer right across the UK.
Here in Northern Ireland 3,500 people have registered to hold their own coffee morning and Macmillan NI is hoping to raise over half a million pounds.
The idea remains simple: get together with friends, colleagues or neighbours to hold a coffee morning and raise money for Macmillan, with every donation helping to ensure that no one faces cancer alone. There’s still time to register for a kit, for more information visit: www.macmillan.org.uk/coffee, call 0845 602 1246 or text COFFEE to 70550.
Nadine appeared on the Irish chat show over the weekend, which was recorded the previous night.
She talked about her daughters sleep patterns, and how becoming a mother has changed her, how she got involved in Dangerous Games, her accent, and a new album being in the pipeline!
If anyone could screen record the interview for our forum it will be appreciated!
On Thursday, Nadine headed to the London Palladium, for the press launch of Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games, which she is taking part in.
She was introduced by Michael Flatley as his ‘secret weapon‘ and looking gorgeous in red as she nestled in among the show’s cast of talented young dancers on the Palladium stage.
‘I’ve been a fan of Michael’s and of Lord of the Dance since I first saw it,’ she said, ‘so that’s the last twenty years I’ve been watching everything Michael has done and it just gets better every time. When we first met and Michael asked me to be part of the show, I couldn’t believe it. I was on Cloud 9 – still am. To be here in the London Palladium singing Gerard’s songs, to be with such an amazing cast and crew I’m just so delighted and just can’t thank you enough Michael for the opportunity.’

So Nadine performed ‘Dangerous Games‘ twice during the pre-recording of Michael Flatley’s ‘A Night To Remember’ whilst she was in London. This has been confirmed by a fan that was in the audience.
Interestingly, The @MichaelFlatley twitter account, tweeted this Youtube link tonight, of a second version of her performance.
See if you can spot any differences, from the one aired on ITV last week, there’s a big one around the 54 second mark! From that mistake alone, i wonder if this version wasn’t meant to be seen at all. If it does get removed, i’ve uploaded it to the forum [HERE]
